Hosted in the warmth of a private home, with Reggae setting the mood and sisters Anne and Janet as your hosts, this intimate 3-hour tasting journey takes you through up to 40 foods and beverages — from Jamaica's renowned Overproof Rum to Bush Tea, from marinated meats paired with infused pepper jellies to tamarind candy and sweet seasonal surprises! Each item comes with its story, its pairing, and tips on where to find it - and even recreate it.
What makes this tour different is the eclectic assortment of rare and every day Jamaican pantry items, the stories behind every item, the pairing guidance, serving tips for home and entertaining and the hands-on moments to add to the fun!
